FIRST KICKS ACADEMY (<U4)

FIRST KICKS PROGRAM OVERVIEW

First Kicks Academy offers a chance for our youngest players to learn the basics of soccer and to have fun without the pressure of competitive play. Players meet with our Micro Director and other volunteer coaches once a week for eight weeks each Fall. We run play-based sessions that will introduce skills, allow kids to make soccer friends, and get them excited and ready to play a regular U4 season in the Spring.

For the 2026 Fall season, we will have First Kicks Academy practice on either Monday or Thursday. Practice runs from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm at our Lower Essroc fields.
